Nervous.....

Well i finally got my BFP last night and so excited. Was hoping to tell my parents at xmas as my partner works at sea so wont be home for first 3 months. Ive got a GP appointment on Tuesday so I'm assuming he will confirm pregnancy then? Any advice is greatly appreciated. This is number 1 for us x
