Breast pain

I'm 6w6d and I have a breast reduction back in 2007. Up until this past year I've had little to no feeling around my nipples. Every once in a while my nipples especially the right hurts so bad that it leaves me near tears. Now that I'm pregnant I've notice both nipples are sore which is normal but now my right one is excruciating. Heat seems to be the only thing that takes the edge off but barely. I go to the doctor Friday but has anyone else experienced anything similar to this or have any suggestions. I will try anything at this point. Thanks in advance
