Abstinence! Haha but I had a non hormonal iud (paraguard) and I loved it. It lasts for 10 years.

I was on the pill for years, but breast cancer runs in my family. I opted for the IUD to help with severe symptoms and because the hormones are lower dose and localized.I'm good for 3 years!

Forms that require no remembering are probably the best for preventing pregnancy-that is, the implant, iud, and shot. The ring is also pretty low maintenance.

I like the pill because it's a daily reminder that I am protected, and I can control when I get my period. However if you are not someone who can remember to do something every day around the same time, this method is not for you.
