Leg pain

So ever since I was a little kid I've gotten really bad leg aches... Now that I'm older they seem to be getting worse, my legs usually hurt just about everyday. It's not a sharp pain just a dull achy pain. Anyone have any idea what it could be? Or does anyone have any ideas of ways to help the pain? I take ibuprofen and it works well but it seems like I am always taking ibuprofen and want to be able to try other things.
