I'm 32 weeks and I have no appetite and the heartburn is killing me, It keeps me up all night. I tried the milk and thums  but nothing is working i tried almonds that didn't work either. On Sunday I was attending a Christmas party and I was standing and walking almost for 10 hours with no stop. Every since I notice that I have a pain and  pressure in my lower stomach.I can feel my baby moving but it's painful everytime ( as if he was trying to get out through my skin. I also have terrible hemoroids, I can't sit for a long time. My drive to work is 45 min and it's getting harder to stay awake while driving. I think I need to go on FMLA now before the baby come I'm too tired.
