My 🐱🐱 taste like iron

I'm so embarrassed about my 🐱 I've been avoiding oral sex from my partner for a while now .not long ago he told me that it tasted funky like if he was eating pennies ,so idk if it's weird or not but I tasted myself and it did taste funky , so I've tried a few things for down there like cleaning myself , I went to the doctor ,and nothing worked and it still be tasting funky and I want oral sex but it's embarrassing .what is wrong with my 🐱 and how can I get rid of that taste ? And also it doesn't smell or anything it just taste funky
