16 weeks symptoms?!?

Question

Can anyone tell me if a little cramping and backache are normal at 16 weeks? So far at this moment this is my first successful pregnancy past 9 weeks. So I'm not really to sure what's normal and what's not. I do know however, that I am not bleeding. Any and all advice is appreciated? 😬

I felt like my hips were crushing at 14 weeks! It got better around 16 and now at 19 I'll wake up with my hips and back aching so bad at night. Some cramping below the belly button is probably your uterus growing. Cramping to the sides of the belly button is probably round ligament pain (try not to do any sudden stretching and watch how you lay with that growing stomach because of the extra pressure you have weighing down now). And pain above the belly button is probably gas or heart burn. Mylanta and maalox is doctor recommended and works great!

I've had cramping and an achy back through my whole pregnancy and I'm at 33 weeks now.  It's probably just round ligament pain or gas. If it's really painful I'd talk to your doctor or midwife.
