Braxton Hicks question

So I am now 37+w preggers with baby #1 and was experiencing Braxton Hicks contractions higher up in my uterus just under my boobs the past few weeks until yesterday/day before now I'm feeling them more frequently in my lower abdomen and all over. Just wondering if that's a sign labor will start soon or just another sign baby girl has dropped into the pelvic area? Having more frequent lightning crotch too....Just starting to get impatient over here 🤗💗👶🏼
