Membrane sweep after past c section

Has anyone had a membrane sweep with a consecutive pregnancy, followed after c section birth?  I'm 39 weeks and over it.  My OB won't induce labor since I've had a c section, but I'm wondering if they would do a membrane sweep to "help" me along? I've been stuck at 1.5cm since 36 weeks.  I just don't think labor will happen before my c section date.. And I don't want to be caught having to have a c section without the chance to deliver, if that all makes sense.  Just looking for btdt moms with any advice on this?
