I'm so lost! I ovulated on November 23rd, which means I'm 17dpo. All test come out BFN! I'm day 30 in my cycle, I'm typically a 28 day cycle. But fluctuate.

I went to the doctor to get another negative, but I just wanted to ask her a few questions. She informed me that I needed to wait another week, being 3 weeks after conception on ovulation day. I see alot of you guys have positive test after just 9dpo which is amazing! I'm just wondering what going on with my body lol

I felt nausea for the past couple of day and last night was the first night I had sore boobs, no cramps! But I don't read too much into it...
