OPK vs. BBT
I just visited my OBGYN for my annual visit. My husband and I have are in our 3 cycle TTC. I was concerned because this month I didn't really have a temp spike, despite a positive OPK. My OBGYN said that I was fine because OPKs are more accurate. I have always heard the opposite. Has anyone else heard this? (I attached my chart in case anyone is interested.)
