I'm so upset😞😞😞😞

Went today for my second ultra sound and they didn't see a heart beat and they baby didn't grow anymore from the last ultra sound and said I'm having a miscarriage I would of been 6 weeks and 6 days today😞 now they want me to do a d and c and I'm so scared and upset has anyone ever had one what was it like??
