Cramps?

Im 30 weeks and I've been getting period like cramps for a couple days now. They come and go throughout the day. Is this normal? I haven't experienced this at all throughout my pregnancy until now..

I'm 29 weeks and 4 days and I've been getting ache type cramps off and on the past week not everyday but I'm thinking it's just another phase of adjustment or growth? Hopefully nothing wrong because I don't have them for too long and not daily...

I'm 32 and I have them in my lower left side not as intense as normal period cramps and they aren't very frequent I told my doctor today and they said it's normal since they aren't consistent and no bleeding or leaking with it
