Blocked Fallopian tubes

Found out today that reason I can't conceive is that I have fluid in my Fallopian tubes that probably came from a rape 8 years ago. I'm trying hard to hold it together I want to be angry because yet again those bastards took the most important thing away from me. I spent years mentally healing from this and now it's all at the surface again. My chances of conceiving naturally are gone and now it's up to money to conceive by IVF I'm 30 years old so that means I have about 4 years left to save this money. Seems so unattainable it's overwhelming. Has anyone else done the tube surgery or the IVF because of blockage? Any hope will help right now 😒
