Kick counts for twins?

How do you do kick counts with twins? Are you supposed to distinguish which baby is kicking and keep two counts at the same time?

My doc doesn't expect kick counts, he just wants to make sure I can destinguish between the two and am feeling both each day.  If I'm concerned I go to labor and delivery (at 32 weeks I've been to L&D once).

I do it one baby at a time but they are di di and I can clearly tell which one is kicking. I imagine it might be harder to differentiate if they share a placenta...
