Hi! So I've had this copper IUD in for about three months now, when I start my period my cramps are unbearable! I've tried Advile, ibuprofen, and Midol to help ease the pain, but nothing seems to work. Sometimes they go away for a couple hours with advile, but for the most part I'm just hurting for three days. How can I make this stop? I like th IUD because I know it works, but I don't know if it's worth this hell that I go through once a month.
