My sister is breast-feeding her one week old daughter and now is sick, she had a fever and build up mucus. Can she take Tylenol and still breastfeed her lil girl?

Anything that dries out mucous dries up milk.  There's not a lot you can take and keep your milk supply up. I would stick with plain Tylenol and Vicks vapor rub. Try hot showers to let the steam clear out so mucous.

Plain Tylenol is safe. The addition meds added will dry her milk supply.

Just cause it says "Tylenol" doesn't mean it's okay. A lot of the cold and flu, sinus, etc have other meds besides acetaminophen that aren't safe when pregnant or breastfeeding
