I need prayers and thoughts....

So my first doctors appointment is today, and I woke up to go to the bathroom, and when I wiped there was some blood. Red blood. I am 7 weeks. Very light and no pain, but I really need support right now. I don't want to lose my baby... If this where to happen it would be my second miscarriage.. Please pray for me.....
