My back!

Daria • Been married 6 years, have a 7 year old, working on number 2! Yay! Update: Pregnant with di/di girl boy twins! Yay!
I'm 3wks 5days and I have had the worst lower back pain ever! I'm starting to get a tad worried. Is low back pain normal this early on in a pregnancy?
