Hi, not to go into too much detail but I have quite bad ibs & been taking loperamide for 2 years, found out a week ago I'm pregnant so stopped taking them immediately. Wasn't too bad at first but my stomach is getting worse every day, today I'd made 6 trips to toilet before 10am & doctors can't suggest anything to help except codeine but this could cause breathing problems for baby if taken late in pregnancy which isn't a risk I want to take. Is there anyone else going/been through same thing who has any suggestions to ease the problem? Xx
