Not PG but sore nipples for 10 days. AF due 12/16. Thoughts welcome.

Ladies, my nipples have felt bruised since right after ovulation 10 days ago. I have no reason to believe I'm PG since not yet TTC and my body has had it's normal fluctuation with nothing out of the ordinary. But this is weird to me. I've had them be sore after (TMI) hubby was rough with them, but he wasn't prior to this...

Any ideas? When should I be concerned, if at all?
