White coat syndrome!
So nervous for my appointment.......my blood pressures always run high...last time at my visit it got up to like 158/85...
I have a manual cuff at home and take it daily and it runs anywhere from top number 123 being the highest and bottom being 70 the highest....which is good. I'll just make sure they know my readings at home and look at my log if it's sky high
