Bleeding in 1st trimester (4-6 weeks apx.) . Advice & help?

I am so concerned, worried, sickened, nervous. I have an ultrasound, appointment with a nurse practitioner, and blood work tomorrow because we cannot make it in today. This is the 3rd day of this going on. First day was light pink spotting when wiping for a few hours, second day was red blood on the liner & increasing amount of it throughout the day, all day. Today is the same as yesterday. I have a queasy stomach. But no cramps, abdominal pain, and not soaking through pads.
Has anyone else experienced or is experiencing this? I just need some support or an answer. I'm too afraid of it being a miscarriage, chemical pregnancy, or threatened miscarriage.

When I first became pregnant and saw my OB for the first time he told me that some bleeding is okay, some cramping is okay, but bleeding and cramping at the same time is not ok. If you're just bleeding a tiny bit I think you should be fine.

Don't worry it is not a miscarriage it's just that ure body is getting use to u being pregnant and not getting ure period anymore.. I'm telling u this because the same thing happened to me and I panicked went to the hospital and the doctor did blood test and urine test and everything was fine thank god but don't worry :)

I had a gush of blood at 11 weeks. I thought the worst. went in for an emergency ultrasound and found out I had a placental tear. I was on bedrest and bled for a good two months. I am almost 35 weeks now! keep your head up!
