I'm not really sure what to pin point right now

My name is Teresa I'm 28 ttc #4 (last one)

I currently have 1 boy (12), 2 girls (5&6) and working on our last one

For 5 years I had the implanon/nexplanon for birth control ( 2 years overdue) finally got taken out Nov 30th (Monday) I started my period Dec 3rd and stopped the 6th

Before I got it out my periods was very hit or miss, twice a month sometimes, not at all one month, damn near the entire month the next

I talked to my doctor she said I could get pregnant immediately after its gotten taken out.

My partner is very excited and so am I but I'm confused about my cycle now could I more likely get pregnant THIS week or NEXT?

we have had sex everyday from Monday to today hoping something will stick, this is the first time we are actually carefully TRYING to make one.

We would like to take a break and heal a bit since we are going at it like rabbits but we don't want to miss our shot...

Help?
