So I know it's normal to have some cramping and spotting in early pregnancy, but I never had it with my other two babies. I'm 7weeks 1day and I started cramping about an hour ago, just thinking I was having my regular digestion issues, but when I went to the bathroom, there was a very small amount of pink blood and I've been slightly more crampy since I went. I haven't been to the doctor yet, I go in 2 weeks. Should I wait and see how it is, call my doctor or just go to ER? I'm kind of nervous cause like I said, this didn't happen with my other two pregnancies.

Update: just talked to a nurse from my doc office. She said it's most likely implantation bleeding and as long as the bleeding doesn't become regular and turn bright red and the cramps don't get worse, I just have to rest and take it easy for a few days.
