Employees are driving me crazy!
At 21 weeks pregnant my stress level is out the roof.
We just landed a huge client. Lots of work to be done. Two particular employees asked to move to full time. So I move them, then directly the next day one asks for mornings off to take her kids to school and another asks for time off to pick his wife up at the airport and two half days to do design work on a house they are building. Where is the work ethic?
Do they not understand there is no house without a job?
Neither have PTO on the books.
Then on top of all that I have spouses calling and asking me for LOE's.
Seriously this generation is making me want to punch a wall.
