I've come to understand that you typically know you've ovulated when you have three consistent days of raised temperature.. And you can have another spike at implantation and again as the baby begins growing (incubation). A good number to follow is 14-18 days past ovulation. If your period still hasn't come and your bbt is still raised after 18 days - you're likely pregnant. So keep tracking.. Glow is only a predictor but bbt can tell you a lot. Just watch the bbt trend! Baby dust to you!

You won't know until your AF is due. Your temp will drop just before. If your temps go higher and remain up after AF is due you're pregnant
