Do you have to have a cup of tea a day?

I drink 9-13 cuppas a day, just plain old caffeine tea. My worst problem was sugar (8 tsp in every cup) I've switched to canderel now but I cannot live without tea especially my morning cuppa lol

I drink Ceylon tea. Its much more satisfying than orange Pekoe :)

I drink a Third Trimester tea at least 1-2 times a day, and a Wellness tea (ginger for upset stomach/unwell feeling) at least once a week. I also have peppermint, chamomile, Fertilitea (32 weeks pregnant so I don't drink that anymore) and Sleepytime *this one is not safe for pregnancy* tea that I get into every now and then.

I gave up pop a few months ago and tried to condition myself to drink tea when I didn't want water. I was used to the flavorful punch of Rockstars, so moving from that to tea was difficult.

I'd like to get to the point where I have at least one cup a day (especially now that it doesn't taste bland anymore), but as it is, I only have about one a week :/

My favorites are from Adagio.com though. I LOVE their honesty tea (which is a cinnamon apple blend) and their apricot tea :)
