Sharp Pains?

Question

Does anyone else get sharp pains in their abdomen when they sneeze or cough or something?  That's the ONLY time it happens but it's very sharp and painful and only lasts a second and then fades away. Is it just because my muscles are sensitive now?  And it's right where the baby is,  I am 10 weeks 4 days pregnant.  Thanks in advance!

Yep! It's called round ligament pain. Pretty common. Luckily my nurse told me to expect it during my first prenatal visit. Having a warning really helped for when I started getting the sharp jabs. Had them last night while grocery shopping. I probably looked like an idiot stretching like I was doing lunges holding the grocery cart, but it helped.

I get them pretty frequently. My doc told me the same thing - ligament stretching. I sneezed while I was laying in bed trying to fall asleep the other night and got one so sharp it made me shoot straight up and yell! Lol.. Normal, right?:)
