Cycle confusion... Please help!

Hello friends! I'm a little lost as to what is happening in my cycle and the predictions Glow is giving me. I'm usually pretty regular with cycles right about 28 (sometimes 30) days. LMP was November 20th, and ovulation was 12/2 (positive OPK 3 days in a row). Next predicted AG was 12/17. We are TTC #1 so DH and I did the BD a few days in a row and then I had light spotting at 5 DPO (last Sunday) and thought it might be IB until it continued until today (with normal AF cramping along the way) almost like a full period (red blood, some clots). In the meantime, we traveled from the East Coast to the West so I thought maybe the time change screwed up my LP. I changed my latest cycle in Glow to reflect starting AF on Sunday and now it's suggesting I'll be ovulating again in just a few days. I am so deeply confused now! It seems much too early to be AF now, but then it's also way too early to be ovulating again, right? Could this be an early m/c? BFN yesterday (just to check), but now I'm not sure where to go from here. Any advice is greatly appreciated!!
