Signed off of work

I have just been signed off from work by my doctor for a 'threatened miscarriage'. I haven't had any bleeding or cramping, but my hormone levels were lower than we want, and I have been put on progesterone supplements.

Yesterday I had an ultrasound, and we saw growth, so the doctor was feeling positive. I have another on Monday to see if we can find a heartbeat.

The progesterone supplements have been making me very ill, and I have had to call out 3 days this week.

Has anyone else been signed out by their doctor? I'm just nervous, because she seemed positive yesterday and now I'm signed off! I can't speak with her til Monday, so wanted to reach out to see if you guys had anything to say!
