Does taking prenatal vitamins help you concive?

I really hope it does help I still need to buy mine to prepare my body but Im currently taking women's vitamins, folic acid and fish oil. This is my 1 week taking them.

It doesn't hurt to prepare your body. First response has a reproductive health vitamin that I took for a few months before I did my round of IVF. Then after the embryo transfer I switched to prenatal vitamins.

They don't help with actually getting pregnant, but it is definitely a good idea to take them when TTC because they will support the baby whenever you dos get pregnant. Good luck!!
