Implantation bleeding but no CM - anyone please?

I'm just doing this out of curiosity, but I'm spotting with minor cramps like AF is coming. Due in 5 days. I'm pretty sure I O'd CD10ish (based on CM).

I not think I'm PG, and I had spotting on CD 19 last cycle, but... Have any of you ladies experienced dry IB and had a BFP?
