I have gotten very little sleep over the last 4 days, I decided to call off today. I rarely use sick time (I have 8 days, and I've used 2 days this entire year). I'd say if you feel the need to take a day, then do it :)

You do what you need to do, but I'd go to work, especially if you plan on keeping that job postpartum. I'm having my third baby. I have a great career. My second born didn't sleep through the night until he was almost two. I wish I could call in every time I'm tired and stressed, but it doesn't work that way. You will figure it out and find your way. I'd save my time for the baby
