I'm a Ftm & I have a question !
No judging ...Anyone gave / giving birth in the DALLAS / Carrollton Texas Area ?

Does the hospital Test you and your baby for marijuana at birth ?

I'm actually in Carrollton also. I know my doctor does a routine drug screen on all patients early in the pregnancy at their first visit and I am sure the hospital will also after birth. I think it's pretty routine across Texas. I mean... You could always ask the hospital you plan on delivering at? Or talk to your doctor about it to find out for sure?

As far as I know, anywhere in Texas tests placenta. But I could be wrong. I know the test at every visit at my dr office and my first postpartum appointment.

I'm in Texas not dfw I was tested at my first prenatal visit and I'm almost positive they test at birth in Texas too.
