Does the hospital Test you and your baby for marijuana at birth ?

From my understanding yes they do and Texas is a zero tolerance state, they will take your baby away from you and you'll face criminal charges.

When you post something like this you should expect to be judged.  Drugs are your choice, it is definitely unfair, immature and irresponsible to make that choice while you are pregnant!  Your unborn baby had no say in it and it's an awful thing to do!  SMH!!!
