Should I pack separate hospital bags for myself and baby?

I would bring a separate one cause most hospitals will allow you to take their stuff, the diapers they use and if you're gonna be formula feeding you can take it all with you lol

Yes and if you expect guests, pack an empty duffle bag or somerthing that'll make going home easier. I didn't do this and my husband had to make a million trips to the truck lol

I took two last time this time ill be taking one due to money situation and not sure when i can buy a diaper bag. My one now is for my toddler and its super dirty.

I'm packing a separate bag for myself.  Mostly for organization purposes also because my husbands stuff will be in my bag.

Also, as other have mentioned they tend to give you a lot of stuff when you're leaving so having more room to put stuff is better

I am packing one bag for both me and hubby and his snacks and the diaper bag with extra room for the things I get at the hospital. I also have some plastic baggies in case we need to carry more we can clip to the handles.

Haha I was just having this convo with my husband and mom today! Originally I packed my hospital wit baby's stuff in it ( it's stuffed!) Hubby said I should pack a separate bag for baby (diaper bag). Mom says just bring a couple items for baby when I'm being discharged. I dunno what to do now lol

2 separate bags would be best or a big one with extra room in it. They tend to send you home with a lot from what I remember.
