Completely Broken Hearted 💔
Found out I was pregnant Monday and got a confirmed blood test Tuesday... Had pink spotting this morning that turned into red blood later in the day... My doctor told me to go to the ER and I just found out my hcg dropped to a 5 and that I had an early miscarriage... I'm so lost and heart broken I don't know what to do. 😢 Prayers needed please ❤️
