Home Remedies for PCOS?

Question

Has anybody tried any home remedies that had gave results?

I was told by an older lady to get rid of the cyst around my ovaries to eat lots of pineapple. Not sure if it works, so not sure if I want to invest time in something with false hopes.

What's the craziest home remedy you have heard?

Where can maca root be found? & is it a herb? Or?

maca root will help shrink cysts, granted I did this while going through other treatment but I had a 24mm that went down to a 13mm in one week from maca root

I'm talking Maca Root and Vitex suppliment together. Also on Metformin. So far so good. I got a whole 200 caps of Maca off eBay for $12 and got 200 caps of Vitex off Amazon for $10.

Well, honestly I've heard weight loss gets rid of the cysts. But of course, not always. :(
