Help! Had unprotected sex 3 days after MC

Hi all, I need help.

I had a miscarriage start about a week ago, the bleeding stopped on Wednesday night. My bHCG didn't go past 220 so it wasn't really that much tissue for my body to expel.

I have found in the past that when I am going through emotional times that I tend to want to have sex as a way of feeling comforted, and as the miscarriage involved both me and my boyfriend, I wanted to also feel close to him again and show him that I love him.

This morning we kind of 'forgot' to use any protection. As we have been together for a very long time and we only used condoms at the beginning of our relationship (I was on birth control up until a year ago) so we aren't used to using anything and I guess we just got carried away.

I am really worried now as the bleeding only stopped a few days ago. What should I do??
