Hi! After an extremely heartbreaking miscarriage at 11-weeks, I have just gotten my first period back after my D&C. That was my first pregnancy and I am a little nervous to be back on here and starting all over. I am obviously super afraid the same thing will happen, but also hopeful, because I guess you have to be. My doctor recommended waiting two full cycles, so that is our plan but having my period is exciting. I feel like things are moving along again. Anyone willing to consider (going completely by anecdotes and with no basis in science) that miscarriages are more common in first pregnancies? I could use some reassuring words as I head back down this road. Thanks, ladies! 🌤
