Cutting caffeine?
I've been sticking to one cup of coffee a day during pregnancy and then cut back to one cup of half caf. I felt fine with that. But since I've tried going fully decaf I'm sooooo groggy and cloudy headed all day! I really want to be of caffeine while nursing as I do think it can affect baby's sleep patterns. I just don't know how I'm going to function without it.
Any thoughts?
