Any sleeping recommendations?

Hello all, FTM here. I'm trying to see if my son would be better off sleeping at night in something else. Currently we've tried putting him in his pack n play but I don't think he feels secure enough in there even when swaddled to remain asleep. So I am considering either a bassinet or a rock n play. Anyone have experience with either or? Thanks in advance.

I had 2 people recommended the rock and play . And now I'd also suggest the rock & play. We have used that one since she was born and she is still using it at 4 1/2 months. We probably won't transition her for a little while longer cause she still sleeps great in it. And like the other person said it is great for babies with reflux and everything.

My first son and current infant both have used the rock n play and liked it. It is great for babies that may have reflux as it keeps them in a slightly more upright position. I will say when the time came to switch to the crib, we did need to transition using a foam wedge..... It was a gradual process getting him to sleep flat on his back after using the rock n play. We transitioned around 3 months.

I'd say something like the rock n play. Though I noticed you mentioned at night, where does your baby sleep during the day, and how well do they sleep there?

My daughter wouldn't sleep in the pack n play either. She LOVED her rock n play tho. She slept so good in it. She looks so nice and snug in it. She's 4 months and I'm getting ready to move her to her crib.

We tried bassinet but our son much prefers the rock n play. Bassinet became a waste of space for us as it just sits in the corner collecting junk now

Any sleeping recommendations?
