What to count as a first pregnancy

I know they say you show faster usually after each pregnancy. Does it count if your first ended in an early miscarriage?? I'm currently about 8 weeks pregnant with our first baby, second pregnancy. Does that still apply as a first pregnancy? All I have is bloating right now but I was just wondering ☺️

You show faster after a second pregnancy because your abdominal muscles are weaker and expand out faster. I lost a baby at 9 weeks and my doc said since it was that early my body will respond like its a first pregnancy as far as "showing" goes.
