New prenatal vitamins

So my doctor prescribed me some new prenatal vitamins called Vol-plus 27-1mg. Now at the beginning i was taking the Gummies and now i have to take these big oblong size tablets. I'm so discouraged because i hate swallowing pills but i wouldn't want to chew it either and now i cant take any other supplements with it period because i could overdose. Anybody else taking these?
