Toothache ahhhhhhh!!!

Omg! Waking up in the middle of the night due to a terrible toothache with no dentist available is a terrible feeling. If I had one wish it would be for a 24 hour dentist office for moment like this. I believe I need my tooth pulled at the moment I can deal with the pain at a 4 on a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being your worst. However what are my options I am only 11 weeks what can I do to ease this pain especially before it becomes unbearable???
