Postpartum Knee pain
Does anyone else have really bad knee pain after giving birth? It didn't start until probably a month after i delivered but it's terrible when bending, getting up from sitting, stairs pretty much moving in general. I feel like I'm 80 years old now. Dr only gave ibuprofen 800 mg and it does nothing.
