Oh my god I wish I was eating a salad...I'm used to eating my weight in veggies and now they make me gag ☹ I had pickles and popcorn for lunch and I feel like a total stereotype 😁

I eat lots of salads and fruit! I'm not a big fruit eater as it has always bothered my acid reflux but I've been eating it. Plenty of fish too! And veggies with homemade ranch dip. Yum :) ice water with a lemon wedge to wash it down

Today I had grilled teriyaki chicken and steamed veggies...panda express all the way cause I forgot my lunch at home...otherwise I'd have had a turkey sandwich with chipotle mayo, avocado, and Colby jack cheese on sourdough. Also a couple clementines.

*sigh* maybe tomorrow. Lol

Rotisserie chicken, kale cooked in chicken broth or sauteed power greens and fruit - the last two days. Salads and soup from Panera when I'm lazy.
