Need Answers

So October 22 I found out I have HSIL (pre cervical cancer) the dr also put me on the NuvaRing.  I need to go in for a Leep procedure. With that stress going on I also have this which is worrying me. I am waiting for the doctor to get back to me but still waiting. Two weeks I had sever cramping to the point it made me Neauses and just didn't feel well. I was supposed to start my period on Friday but only started spotting on Satruday and somewhat bleeding on Sunday. Sunday I was super crampy but figured it was normal. I was also to the point tired I could stay away. Tuesday I was supposed to get the Leep done but couldn't due to my period. Normally I am a heavy bleeder but with the NuvaRing I have been on shorter days and not has heavy periods. Skip back to Monday I went to go change my pad and there was a tissue like clot?? I was not sure what it was and unable to keep it since I was at work and couldn't leave. I called the nurse and she said she will talk to the dr. I have not heard back but the first thing she asked me is if I could have been pregnant? I need some answers :/
