Anyone with wicked heartburn?

I had bad heartburn with my pregnancies, and it seems like as soon as I turned 7 weeks(yesterday), I started getting heartburn. I don't have an appetite for anything, and when I finally eat, I do feel better. Then the heartburn and reflux starts up. Had to buy some Alkaseltzer heartburn chews today to help. Anyone else in the same boat? What are you eating to prevent the heartburn? I had two small meat pies, and some Alfredo pasta today.
